Hi, my name is Cleva Ault and I have been a Finance Manager with Scottsdale Lexus since 1999. I was born in Austin Texas and raised in the beautiful mountain ranges of Colorado where I started my career in the automobile industry in 1983. I have been in the financial services office with Toyota and Lexus brands since moving to the valley in 1990 and it is truly rewarding to work for such an amazing company. When I am away from work, I love spending time in the back yard with my husband or curling up with a good book. (King, Koontz and Grisham are awesome.) I have three wonderful grown sons and the light of my life is my little grandson who gives the entire family all exercise and laughter we can handle!

I was helped by Mariah and her supervisor Dan. I found both to be very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. More important , they understood that we were negotiating an expensive purchase and, did I found both to be very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. On the first day, came in expecting to test drive a car but ended up leaving with a brand new car. Usually you hear horror stories about buying a car and being taken advantage of, but that was not the case but ended up leaving with a brand new car. Usually you hear horror stories about buying a car and being taken advantage of, but that was not the case with Leo. He was very friendly, kind and well informed about Lexus vehicles, and so willing to work with us to get what we were looking for in a car. Although we had to wait for the car to arrive due to the pandemic, he was AWESOME and kept us updated throughout the process. I would absolutely come back to Earnhardt Lexus, and I would recommend working with Leo to anyone I know. In fact, I've been telling EVERYBODY to come get a Lexus! 1000000/10 service. More
