Sales, demonstrations, and finance department is great. Customer phone service is terrible and barely responsive. Now fixing the car? A brand NEW car is basically impossible 😡. I love Norm Reeves Honda HB. I have been a loyal customer since 2005. I bought a 2020 odyssey (from a different Honda dealer) that I believe is a lemon and it has caused me much I have been a loyal customer since 2005. I bought a 2020 odyssey (from a different Honda dealer) that I believe is a lemon and it has caused me much distress and difficulty as I haven't felt safe driving it at times. It has taken a toll on my trust in Honda... and caused distress in my life. NR HB has helped me, although, not without difficulty. It's still to be seen if my car is fixed now. I refused to pay for another diagnostic when the car has been stalling on me at intersections since before the warranty ran out. Time and again I have brought it in and they said this time this will fix it. And I go to drive it and sure enough it's not fixed. I have had my battery changed twice in less than five years I have needed three different multi-purpose cameras. And thankfully since I pushed back, Norm Reeves reached out to Honda corporate and got me a free multi-purpose camera installation to replace the one that has been defective since 2022.. I am grateful. Although, I wish I hadn't had to be so firm and push back so much. I wanted Honda to stand by their product. In any case, I will still come to Norm Reeves. I don't know if I will keep my van or not. But I really do like Norm Reeves. They have been good, professional and patient. More
