I purchased a used Toyota from Five Star Subaru on July 25th. Clay was our salesperson and he was great! We had the fastest vehicle purchase we’ve ever experienced and was out within an hour. My original r 25th. Clay was our salesperson and he was great! We had the fastest vehicle purchase we’ve ever experienced and was out within an hour. My original review stated there was an issue they had to of known about and didn’t tell us about. We discovered it within 5 minutes of driving off the lot. Upon seeing our dissatisfaction on the original review they reached out to me and was willing to make things right by offering to pay for the repair. Today they did just that and I’m very appreciative they were willing to pay for the repair on a vehicle they sold “As Is, No Warranty”. This dealership definitely deserves a future referral to my family and friends now. They really did go above and beyond and changed my impression of what type of dealership they are. More
