Nothing was done to my car, charged for 5 mins of so called labor, no communication,had my car all day wasted my time. Never will go back to that place so disorganized, useless horrible managers. The representative didn’t even call me to let me know she(Clara) was leaving and someone will be taking over my account.I paid for remote starter when I purchased the vehicle , it stopped working after my battery died I asked to have it looked at they said they don’t look at aftermarket stuff it was installed by them. They didn’t even explain to me the issues with my abs system until I came back demanding to speaking to a manager.then he told me my part will cost a lot I said no one told me it need replacement because I would pay to get it done. They just gave me back my car and said come back after the holidays That’s ridiculous. My car sat in the parking lot never touched until came in to get my car back they said we’ll check it now after 5 mins they charged me for 1 hr of labor when my car wasn’t checked for 1 hr. They’re horrible, disorganized ,no communication. Managers do not talk to customers if they have concerns you have to demand to speak to one because their hiding in their office. Also the manager tried to lie and say I didn’t have an appointment when I have two appointments booked one for 12/17 I rescheduled to 12/22 lied said I was a walk in I have an email and text message reminder for my appointments. He’s liar and thief charge people money for services not done. I will never purchase another Honda vehicle again the service center employees are horrible do not provide services and charge for labor.NEVER had a dealership tell me to come back after the holidays when Im having sensor problems. More
