We had an error light suddenly come on related to our transmission. It was subsequently determined that the transmission had to be replaced under warranty. Even though the error light was unexpected and unscheduled, George told me to come to the dealership right away and he made arrangements to fit us into their workflows immediately as well as arrange for a loaner vehicle. Cindy Rivas did a great job keeping me apprised of our car's status on a regular basis, including updates on how long it would take for Hyundai to ship a new transmission. Our car needed to stay at the dealership for several weeks. George, who knows how particular we are about our car, made special arrangements to store our car in a covered structure rather than keep it outside. We very much appreciated his extra efforts in making this happen! We specifically requested Joseph Valdez to do the work because we know from prior experience that he is extremely knowledgeable and very meticulous. The dealership graciously accommodated our wishes. We took great comfort knowing that the work would be completed to the highest standards. Nobody wants to replace a transmission but if it has to happen, we could not have asked for a better experience! More
