I sat in service area with no personnel contact for 1. 5 hrs. Was told scheduling person, Cindy Rodriguez was on a break when I arrived and would talk with me once she returned. After waiting one 1.5 hours, I got up to get status on my minor part, (luggage peel & stick strip) that was being installed. When I finally met Cindy and inquired about how much longer the service would take after having had an appointment, she got very loud in front of personnel and customers in the service room to explain the delay. This is NOT how you treat new customers in your service area! I had just purchased my new Hyundai Palisade from this dealership on January 29. The purchasing experience was the best from Eli and I thought it would be worth it to drive from La Quinta to Palm Springs for my future service. But after that experience of being there 2+ hours for a minor luggage strip to be installed in the cargo area, I won't be returning. More
