Service Advisor “Chuck” not customer oriented First, we were not acknowledged by Chuck. For quite awhile he ignored us and kept doing the task he was involved with. Other service advisors were sp First, we were not acknowledged by Chuck. For quite awhile he ignored us and kept doing the task he was involved with. Other service advisors were speaking up to say “he’ll be with you” as they seemed embarrassed by his being zoned out.. Next, he rudely, without saying “excuse me”, reached at my waist and grabbed a service form from the front of the counter. I had to step back as he approached, and I said, “excuse you!” He still was not phased. He may be a brilliantl car guy, but totally lacks in customer service and common courtesy. After finally talking with me, his manner was blunt and demanding. After taking my information, he got “Dave” to shuttle us home and told us to get his card so he could pick us up the next morning to come back to the dealership. Next am at 10am, I call Dave and he is unavailable as he is Tampa. So I got a neighbor to drive me. Upon arrival at about 11am, Chuck was not at his desk. “He May be at lunch.” Another advisor ran my credit card, but did not review what work was done or what the technician had reported on the checklist of future items that need attention. I asked him about Dave, and he said Dave was not the right person who would pickup in Dunedin. So Chuck had given us bad information which led to a further thwarted expectation. Then an assistant brought my car up and parked it where I could not drive it out safely. I had to ask him to bring the car out to where I could drive it. Overall, not a good experience. My car is a 2013 Nissan Altima which had to have its transmission replaced at 63,000 miles. Out of warranty. No, I will not use this service department again and NO, I will never buy another Nissan. More

Ok but could be better Chuck was not friendly when I arrived. Nor was he listening when he asked me what was wrong. I made an appt ahead of time so he knew the basics. But I asked twice to replace my wiper blades since I could tell he wasnt paying attention. Sure enough, they weren't. Maybe he was having a bad day but I had to leave work early to take it in so they could check my a/c & noisey belt. His attitude didn't help. They didn't tell me when I called, it would cost $95 for estimate on a/c so I said forget it. Only good thing was I didn't have to pay for oil change. I've been coming here for years & I will tell you when I come back, I will make sure I don't get Chuck. More

Excellent Appt. was for oil change & check up. When I called for appt. I was offered opportunity of shuttle service to mall. I accepted & it was great. My ca Appt. was for oil change & check up. When I called for appt. I was offered opportunity of shuttle service to mall. I accepted & it was great. My car was done when I got back to dealership so I was able to enjoy my wait. Also appreciated that Chuck had prices written down of maintenance I will need on my next visit as I can plan ahead. More

As always my experience was the absolute best with Chuck. Chuck is always very knowledgeable and always answers all my questions and concerns about my car. I'm usually at the Nissan service center and dealing Chuck is always very knowledgeable and always answers all my questions and concerns about my car. I'm usually at the Nissan service center and dealing with Chuck to have my oil changed and the other systems that are routinely checked. If I have any other questions Chuck always researches and tells me exactly what I need to go forward with taking care of my car. More

Oil Change and new tires Chuck my service person has always gone over and above when I come in for any maintenance on my Altima. The whole staff is courteous and the new and Chuck my service person has always gone over and above when I come in for any maintenance on my Altima. The whole staff is courteous and the new and improved show room is very clean and inviting. But you can't beat Chuck for quality service. He also let me know when I could get the best deal on the tires. He is great. More
