We had a few hiccups with communication, but as my concerns grew, they were quickly resolved when I met with Darrin Aliberto, the Service Manager who runs the department in a seamless fashion. He worked with his employee, Tom Kitts, to provide a comprehensive service plan to adequately determine what was going on with my vehicle. As a leader in healthcare, communication is key. After having a bad experience with Porter Chevy (a competing dealership in the neighboring city of Newark), the Nucar dealership staff went above and beyond to reach my family's requirements. This included finding monetary incentives/discounts and completing extensive research into finding the vehicle with the exact package/options we desired. In particular it was a pleasure working with Dwayne Cluff who was extremely courteous, responsive and most of all knowledgeable about the Traverse. He personally found an alternative vehicle with the desired options after another dealership sold the car we had reserved. He also arranged for us to pick up the Traverse earlier than planned to accommodate a family trip. After our purchase he made sure to follow up with appointments to get the normal auto detailing done and have a tow hitch installed for us. Dwayne even demoed the controls and paired our smart phones! I would HIGHLY recommend working with Dwayne to my friends and family. I will also be returning to Nucar for future purchases. More

Dennis was attentive, he always returned my calls promptly, and made me feel like he was working just for me. I purchased a new Chevy Sonic, I have owned the car for a few days now and I couldn't be happier. I felt that Dennis and the other staff at Nucar did everything they possibly could to get me the best deal possible on my car. I walked in with a number in my head just hoping I would come close, and I ended up walking out paying exactly what I wanted to. No other dealership offered me close to the deal I got at Nucar Connection. All of the staff at Nucar I encountered were extremely friendly and helpful. I swear every single employee in that place had a smile on their face and seemed to really enjoy what they were doing. Down the road when I am ready to buy another car I definitely plan on returning to Nucar Connection and I would recommend them to ANYONE who is in the market for a new car. We have been searching for a new car for over a month and being a resident of Pennsylvania, we were hesitant about purchasing a car out of state. The sales consultant Chris Strader at NuCar couldn't have made it any easier for us to make our decision. He was very patient and took the time to listen to our needs and our budget. As we continued to look at other brands before making our decision he followed up weekly to keep us informed of any new incentives or rebates available through the dealership or Chevrolet. We looked at and test drove at other dealers but in the end Chris and the entire team at NuCar Chevrolet made all the difference. The NuCar team gave us a GREAT deal on our new 2012 Malibu LTZ and we will highly recommend your dealership to both family and friends. As an added note my wife and I want to personally thank Chris Strader for taking the pressure out of purchasing a new car and instead making it a pleasurable experience. More
