Hi I am Chuck Griffith a Service Advisor at Germain BMW. I started here at Germain BMW in August of 2013 as a porter and then moved up to be a Service Advisor in January of 2014. This is my first time in the car industry. My family and I moved here for the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago in June of 2013 where I was in customer service for 13 years. When I am not at work I am with my family going to the beach or the pool.

We love Germain BMW. Our service rep is Chuck Griffith. He pays attention and understands what needs to be done on the car whenever we bring it in for service. There are Our service rep is Chuck Griffith. He pays attention and understands what needs to be done on the car whenever we bring it in for service. There are always going to be some issue, its how well a service team responds and corrects those issues that matter. He never makes you feel like its your problem. He will tell you " I've got this." He treats us like family. Adrian our Tech is very detailed and checks everything to make sure our X5 is working perfectly down to the smallest of details. They are unlike any dealership you will find anywhere else. We can't say enough about the dealership. Right down to the receptionists. We are trading our X5 in on a new X5e plug in hybrid. Our sales rep is Patrick Dodard. He was great explaining the upgrades to us. He worked on helping us get the best price savings while still working to get us the options we wanted. They are a no pressure sales team. You never feel pressured. They are there to work for you. Nice job Germain. More
