Hi I am Chuck Griffith a Service Advisor at Germain BMW. I started here at Germain BMW in August of 2013 as a porter and then moved up to be a Service Advisor in January of 2014. This is my first time in the car industry. My family and I moved here for the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago in June of 2013 where I was in customer service for 13 years. When I am not at work I am with my family going to the beach or the pool.

There can’t be a service manager any nicer, and more interested and involved with your car in the service dept He walks so fast he’s hard to keep up with, I am nobody special but he always helps me interested and involved with your car in the service dept He walks so fast he’s hard to keep up with, I am nobody special but he always helps me out when I come in and gets all the answers to the issue to explain to me. He’s irreplaceable, he knows everyone’s name, why they’re there and what car is theirs. …. I’m not kidding.
