$200 is a bit much for a diagnostic service. Driver side window still goes down intermittently when I put it up. Said that it would have to be doing it when they look at it or they can’t fix any Driver side window still goes down intermittently when I put it up. I owned an auto repair shop and parts wouldn’t be more than $250 and 1.5 hours labor. Wayyyyy too much. More

Only my second visit ever. Went in for an oil change. The service advisor showed my vehicle on a screen with red lines next to the tires indicating it was out of alignment. I agreed to an alignment. While my car was being worked on, the technician sent a copy of the multi point inspection which showed that my car was not out of alignment. The "alignment" was still apparently performed and I was charged. I feel like i was upsold for unnecessary repairs. The advisor could not give me any satisfactory reason why the technicians inspection contradicted whatever that screen is, that she showed me initially to tell me my vehicle was out of alignment. I trust the mechanics in the back more than the advisors when it comes to what needs to be repaired. I will be very careful in the future before agreeing to any unexpected repairs that the advisor recommends. I will say the advisor was very friendly and helpful. Aside from the alignment issue, everything else has been great with the dealer. More

Six days to replace a running board motor. When I finally got it back there was heavy grease smeared down the running board and inside on floor board, minor scratches on running board. My name is Brendon Fendler & this is my experience below: I had an overall fine experience with the dealership until I got home. I had an oil change done there for my new 2025 Silverado 1500. I'm n below: I had an overall fine experience with the dealership until I got home. I had an oil change done there for my new 2025 Silverado 1500. I'm not exactly sure what happened, but the following morning after having parking my truck in the driveway, there was a large oil spot on the driveway after having sealed the driveway days before. I'm assuming it was residual from being over filled or a lack luster job where the oil was spilled & it leaked out of the bottom of the truck. We contacted the dealership regarding & it took a handful of phone calls, but we ended up getting in contact with the Service Manager. He apologized & said he would accommodate by providing us points on the app for further service. I called back to confirm this information, left a voicemail & never heard back from them. This was over a week ago now. In person, the service was fine, but the quality of work in performing my oil change seemed very poor. I am not going to call back as this has taken 5+ phone calls to even get in touch with the Service Manager & in the future will try to take my truck to a different dealer for oil changes.
