Steve was hands down the best, most patient salesman I’ve ever worked with. He was genuine, knowledgeable and did everything he could to get us into a car we loved and fit our budget. He was so generous and accommodating for our u usual schedules and even purchased a bouquet of flowers to put in our new car as a nice surprise. Financing paperwork with Chris was smooth and thorough and he answered all of our questions and was just great to chat with. Before we left with our new car, Wade went through all the technology and settings in the vehicle so we weren’t left paging through an owners manual to figure out how to pair our cell phones and program the radio. My car was being serviced and I received a vehicle from the lot because the loaner vehicles were all gone. I had been praying about whether to get a new car for a couple of years. I loved the car they loaned me so I called to inquire about a trade-in/purchase. I came to meet with Bob Hill, who did an amazing job. I felt comfortable, he made the process easy to understand, he was very professional and because my car was in the shop he had to do a lot of extra work for an unusual situation. He made it work seamlessly, professional and nothing was a problem. He is truly gifted in his work and I am so happy God had me work with him. As I was waiting I met Jordan who inquired about a book I was reading and we had a wonderful conversation. Jordan is also gifted in dealing with people and I hope he has the eadership there to help him succeed in his sales future. He is going to be great! I also met another gentleman who is known for knowing so many facts. I loved how friendly everyone was. They kept offering me snacks or something to drink. They didn't wanted to be bored so they were super hospitable. Last I met with the finance person, Chris, who was also fantastic at his job. He made the financing easy and understandable and had everything perfectly organized. You have an amazing staff!
