Lexus of Brookfield offers a clean, professional, welcoming environment. Everyone is friendly and kind and helpful. We primarily worked with Bob Hill who was great to work with. He brought in various welcoming environment. Everyone is friendly and kind and helpful. We primarily worked with Bob Hill who was great to work with. He brought in various experts as needed. We were particularly pleased that Lexus of Brookfield agreed to fix something that we weren’t happy with. Bob connected with the right people and made it right. The only issue I have is that I struggle to pay tens of thousands of dollars on a car and have to stop on the way home to fill it with gas. I would suggest for a great overall customer experience that every car sold comes with a full tank. Thank you. More
