He and the sales team at Hiley made it an unexpectedly pleasant experience. Additionally, we worked with Dillon Young, one of the managers on Hailey’s finance team. Dillon was also extraordinarily professional and gracious. His detailed explanation of options and terms made our decision-making easier... far exceeded any prior interaction we’ve ever had in car purchase financing. I’ll also note that our sale was after the dealership closed, and we were never rushed and were encouraged to ask questions as necessary.
