I wouldn't go back to this dealership. The customer service was sub par. I requested my used vehicle purchase just be wiped down better prior to picking it up because there was dirt on the The customer service was sub par. I requested my used vehicle purchase just be wiped down better prior to picking it up because there was dirt on the back seats, center console and on the bottom of the seats. It was not done when I picked up the vehicle. The vehicle had to be serviced by a specific dealership due to an ongoing issue it was having. My purchase was contingent on it being fixed. While it did get fixed, the salesman said he didn't know what the issue was because he's not a mechanic and couldn't even tell us what dealership it went to. Ideally I would have liked to know what was wrong and what got fixed and where. The lady completing the purchase said the f word when I accidentally signed on the wrong line and she had to go print a new title. Nobody had anything ready for us to come pick up the vehicle despite the initial down payment being placed 2 weeks before we picked it up. They had 2 weeks to clean the vehicle but I guess decided to shampoo the carpets the day we picked it up. Overall, the customer service was poor, the vehicle cleaning was done poorly, and I wouldn't recommend this dealership. More
