I have not had good dealings with dealerships in the past. It's a little intimidating coming in as a single woman to buy a new car. I let Chris know this from the beginning, and he was empathetic and past. It's a little intimidating coming in as a single woman to buy a new car. I can't remember the other person's name that helped me, but he was extremely helpful too and ended up finalizing the transaction because Chris had another task he needed to complete. More

Hands down one of the best new car buying experiences I have ever had. Starting with my salesperson Christopher Peek to General Sales Manager Richard Hammond, and finally even General Manager Eric Werner, have ever had. Starting with my salesperson Christopher Peek to General Sales Manager Richard Hammond, and finally even General Manager Eric Werner, I always felt they had my interest and car choice totally in mind. I talked to 9 dealerships who only wanted to get me in a car on their lot. Werner took the time to find me my car, gave me a fair price, and got the sale. I drove over 2 hours and 3 states to find Werner Mazda.....I would do it again! More

I made it very clear to the sales person that I had two mandatory requirements for a vehicle. First and foremost, it had to have a heated steering wheel which gets hot because I have arthritis in my hands. mandatory requirements for a vehicle. First and foremost, it had to have a heated steering wheel which gets hot because I have arthritis in my hands. The vehicle's heated steering does not heat up and is barely lukewarm. It was 92 degrees on the day of my test drive so I did not test it but relied on his assurance that it was a great heated steering wheel. Apparently the dealership was aware of the lack of warmth of the steering wheel in this model yet he sold me the vehicle. The second requirement is that the vehicle have AWD which is has. Jennifer D. I can’t say enough about how wonderful my car buying experience was here. The communication and friendliness of all the staff from my first inquiry all the way through my downpayment, requesting extras experience was here. The communication and friendliness of all the staff from my first inquiry all the way through my downpayment, requesting extras to a vehicle already on order, to notifying me when there was a special order needed, then arrival and arranging pick up, loan processing and going over the vehicle. Werner has a great team and it was a pleasure going business with them. More
