After several emails and calls with Sam in the internet sales dept., it was clear Volvo of Lisle wanted my business and was going to offer great service without any negative selling tactics about other dealers closer to where I live. Not only did they offer me the best price upfront but once I made the 45 minute trip into the dealership, Chris Gough, went above and beyond to ensure we had selected the right car and covered features no one else spent time on which sealed the deal. Ashley in the Internet Sales office was quick in providing a quote on the exact 2019 XC90 I wanted, and answered several of my questions via phone when I called. Chris and Tommy were great to deal with on the sales floor when I arrived at the dealership. Chris was excellent and truly knew the details of the vehicle. Tommy worked with us a bit on the price of the vehicle and saw to it we agreed on a deal. There was truly no pressure to buy, and this was a great experience for buying a vehicle. Jen in the finance office was thorough with the paperwork, yet quick. I would recommend Volvo of Lisle to anyone interested in purchasing one of their vehicles. By the way, I LOVE my 2019 XC90. More

Chris offered great customer service throughout the purchase process and able to offer whatever information I was looking for. After I purchased my vehicle, he took the time to sit in the car with me and show me all functionalities, how to use different features and make sure I had all of my questions answered!
