Unexpected Great Experience !!! I went with my wife to Lisle Volvo so she could lease a new 2020 Volvo . We were fortunate to run into Chris Gough who was very informative and helpful. With Chris guiding her she ended up leasing her Volvo and felt very good about her decision. Chris created such a relaxed and efficient atmosphere for her that I asked if he had any used S60 T6 Volvo's. He did and it was a beauty . I made an appointment to return the next day and we (Chris and I) took it for a test drive. I was fairly familiar with the car from researching but appreciated that he pointed out some qualities that I didn't know about. Chris also elaborated on some of the technical aspects in a way that simplified what could have been difficult for me to understand. He had common sense approach regarding what would be helpful for me to know now and what I could learn at a later time. In a nutshell, I bought the car !! Overall I was very impressed with Chris and would recommend that anyone who is interested in a Volvo call Chris directly. It's good to drive away feeling confident that you've made a good purchase. I did some Volvo research prior to working with him and found that Chris was very attentive, informed and easy to work with. I brought up questions and received easily understood answers. I appreciated that because other dealerships seemed to respond with fast complicated and condescending responses. Chris not only gave me answers but pointed out technical information that was more basic to focus on for my specific needs. I never felt manipulated or rushed to make a decision. So when the dust settled I was content and very comfortable with car that I purchased. Great work Chris !!! More
