We told Chris up front that we were going to evaluate several different competitors' vehicles including Volvo, and he was both understanding and patient through the process. Additionally, my wife had a stroke several years ago and so took more time than normal in helping to evaluate vehicles, and Chris was very accommodating. We must have made at least four visits to either test drive vehicles or discuss options and prices, and there was never any pressure. When we were ready to make a purchase, we got a fair trade-in and a fair deal up front - without having to haggle with a sales manager. He even came out to our house several days after the purchase to help us personalize all the set up options. Overall working with Chris was a very pleasant purchase experience and one of the reasons we chose the Volvo XC60 over several competitors' models. More

My vehicle purchase was a great experience Chris Gough was very helpful and accommodating to my wife and I. We went to Volvo Cars of Lisle to look at a specific car I saw on the website and aft Chris Gough was very helpful and accommodating to my wife and I. We went to Volvo Cars of Lisle to look at a specific car I saw on the website and after meeting Chris, he went and got the car and test drove it. We were not 100 percent happy with it so Chris searched what was available on his computer and showed us a couple others that were in our price range. We test drove another car and liked it a lot. We pointed out that the TPMS warning light was on but Chirs said that he would take care of it after we finalize the papers. We didn't haggle too much on the price and and was approved shortly, Jen the Finance Manager took care of us and was a pleasant experience. After everything was signed, We drove the car to service and they filled the tires with air to get rid of the TPMS warning. After 2 weeks, it never went out so I called Chris and he took care of it and got it fixed. Melissa Ellis from Service got the repairs expedited. Thank you very much to Volvo Card of Lisle for taking care of us. Keep up the great customer service you provide. More
