I started working at Klaben when I was 16 years old, answering phones and filing paperwork. Throughout my high school and college years, I took on various roles at the dealership which helped to expand my knowledge and understanding of the business. I started working in the Finance Department at the age of 23, while completing my MBA at the University of Akron. I had a strong curiosity and interest in Finance, mostly because of my love for working with people and numbers. I worked as a Finance Manager for 19 years, and transitioned to the role of Sales Manager in August 2021. I am proud to work for a company that grounds itself in customer loyalty and satisfaction and have enjoyed the relationships I have built with several of my customers over the years.

Amazing! !!!! Ty Davis is the salesman that handled my purchased. He listened to me about my needed , wants and fears in buying a new car. He heard me when I explained why I had my car so long and helped me rest assured that I was getting everything we discussed. Sales very helpful / service department terrible I would recommend your sales people , but I would not recommend your service department . I can't get any one to return a simple phone call..
