A tale of two trucks I had purchased a used 09 Tacoma a few years back from a non Toyota dealership. Frankly, I knew that the truck I bought wasn't perfect, but lets just I had purchased a used 09 Tacoma a few years back from a non Toyota dealership. Frankly, I knew that the truck I bought wasn't perfect, but lets just say it was an impulse buy and at the time I wanted it! 3yrs down the road with this truck and thank goodness I bought an extended warranty, because it was problem after problem. I had been taking it to the "other" Toyota dealer in my area, and every time it was a battle for me to get my truck fixed right. I didn't ever feel as though I was apart of the millions of happy Toyota owners that know their vehicle is a quality product. I decided I wanted another opinion and it was time to try Heritage. My first encounter with Tom Kuhlowvick was a breath of fresh air! Tom assured me that I wasn't crazy, and that my truck should not be behaving the way it had no matter what the other guys tried to tell me. He went to bat for me with no hesitation. Unfortunately for my truck, it just wasn't the right one, and I made the decision to try and trade it in on a newer one. And boy did I make the right call! Enter Chucky Heingartner. Turned out Chuck and I shared common friends, interests, and an understanding of whats important in life. I cannot say more about how good of a person Chuck is. We all know that selling cars is a business but never once did I feel pressured, manipulated, or taken advantage of in any way. Chuck is down to earth, straight forward, and genuine. A few days later I was driving away in a FRESH 2015 Certified Used Tacoma, glowing and fist pumping the whole way home. FInally, I get to enjoy the confidence of being one of those people who knows what it's like to have a bomb proof Toyota. More

My first stop elsewhere was terrible! Jason on the other hand made the experience of buying my RAV 4 a true professional and pleasurable experience from beginning to end! His welcoming manner, in depth knowlede, willingness to get the best deal for me, and the sense he actually cared made me realize why my daughter recommended Jason...she said he made car buying “fun”! I can tell you, Jason’s service was why I stayed and left with my new car! I’m not going anywhere else next time! Never Again Worked with Patrick Weeks on a deal for my daughter. She and I went in because Patrick had contacted her about a "today and today only" deal on a used car. Sat down and worked out a deal to include a smooth return of her leased vehicle and a bottom line price. Patrick and I shook on the deal. I had to leave early for an appointment. Immediately after I left, my daughter was told there would be an additional fee of $360 dollars (disposition fee?) and because of a tiny ding in the returned car there would be another $200 involved upon return. Patrick had looked at the returned car before I left and assured me things would be fine. He, also being a experienced sales person, must have known about the disposition fee. Bottom Line - we shook on a deal and as soon as I was out of the building - the deal changed. NEVER AGAIN will any of my family use Heritage for service or sales. Apparently you can't trust a handshake there,,,, More

Very affable and easy going we never once felt in any way pressured to make a purchase....it that way Derek was similar to the three eyed Raven in that he almost instinctively knew a new Toyota Tacoma was in our future. While test driving he knew all of the vehicle features much like hot pie when he explained the merits of a proper pie crust to Arya at the inn at the crossroads. Much like a Tacoma, a remarkable kidney pie really depends on the proper ingredients. I have no doubt that whether we take our new Taco to the great ice wall or stay closer to Kings Landing, that we GOT a reliable vehicle. Derek you are the man! More

Liz is not only personable, courteous, and knowledgeable, but she inspired a high level of trust that rendered the entire process far less stressful than I anticipated. Liz asked the right questions and was attentive to my answers regarding the sort of vehicle I was looking for. She was patient, clear and thorough in explaining various options. What I most appreciated was her eventual suggestion of a vehicle that fell outside the parameters of what I thought I wanted... but proved to be exactly the right car for me. Josh and Christine were also considerate, professional and a pleasure to work with. Every aspect of the process went smoothly. I will return to Heritage Toyota for future vehicle purchases. More
