I was emailing back and forth with an associate concerning a vehicle advertised online. At the request of the associate I agreed to make an appointment to see the vehicle. Imagine my surprise when (after a 45min. drive in traffic) I got to the dealership and found the car was out on a test drive. I was informed that I could wait until it was returned if I wanted to. At the dealership I was not able to talk to the person I was dealing with because that person "only handled the internet inquries". Later, when I emailed my original contact she wrote back and said "It is better to make an appointment but we have no control over someone walking in a test driving the vehicle". I attempted to contact management but received no reply from anyone. I guess I misunderstood the reason for making an appointment. More
