Great assistance from Christina Serafin A yellow engine light indicated serious turbo problems and I needed an expensive engine surgery. Fortunately Christina took the time to contact Audi and got me some assistance with the cost by documenting how I kept up with every series etc. It was still expensive but she was able to cut my cost by a third. This is not the first time she has gone out of her way to help me with cost issues etc. I highly recommend her and this dealership for service issues. PS, she also provided me with a beautiful new Audi as a loaner for a couple of days. More
