I was informed that one tire had a bubble and should be replaced.I thought the price was too high so I passed on the purchase. When I got home I looked at the tire and didn’t see a bubble BUT the steel bel replaced.I thought the price was too high so I passed on the purchase. Words can not describe how thankful I am for Christina during my most recent visit to the dealership. Unfortunately, my car was hit by an scrap object on the highway. I had both of my young kids in the car and panicked. I was experiencing the emotional response almost being in an accident with my two children, as well as managing what to do for my car. Christina was such a grace to me! She was so helpful, empathetic, and compassionate throughout all my interactions. Once I was at the dealership, she provided me comfort as well as made connections with my kids to help them (and me)!
