I choose to have Casey Kia handle all my recalls. They are very professional and makes sure I get my car back in a timely fashion. Right now I’m not in the market for a new one but when I do Casey Ki They are very professional and makes sure I get my car back in a timely fashion. Very poor customer service. Upon arrival, the service writer was very grumpy and argumentative. I told her we were at the dealership for the 16,000 service. She argued that it w Upon arrival, the service writer was very grumpy and argumentative. I told her we were at the dealership for the 16,000 service. She argued that it was 15,000 mile service and I told her that I had taken a picture of the book. She then tried to sell service and parts that were not due at our current mileage. As we waited in the dealership, the noise level was beyond belief. There was loud music playing on top of a loud TV. I was very glad to leave after service was completed. I don’t have confidence in returning to the dealership. More

Was given conflicting information about the necessity of my service. One Rep said it was absolutely necessary, while another said I could wait until my next appointment. It made me feel like one person was my service. One Rep said it was absolutely necessary, while another said I could wait until my next appointment. It made me feel like one person was money driven and the other wasn’t. I don’t like that because now I’m not sure which is true. More
