Amazing customer service,attitude was great from Armando very welcoming n always had a smile Cristian Ramirez was Amazing great customer service attitude amazing I'm a returning customer with hi Armando very welcoming n always had a smile Cristian Ramirez was Amazing great customer service attitude amazing I'm a returning customer with him Purchases 2 cars in 2022 brand new toyotas his attitude and skills made me come back third time around But..... we got to the end to Financial department with[ Henry Figueroa ] he was awful his attitude was not very welcoming I have kids so he seemed bothered just his present made us uncomfortable and just didn't really explain to me or my husband my first payment especially, just no details on some stuff I was signing so i had to sit there and read it ,while he is on the other end ready to press the next page just not good customer service habits i wish i would of sign papers with someone else we were done signing and that was it he said "Okk you are done signing ", just rude we had to ask him a couple times didn't gives much info and we walked out of his office ,he does not know bout customer service usual I always have a amazing experience and knowledge from the financial team but this guy Henry Figueroa was worst employee and his rudeness just made the experience not that great . Next time I will deal with some else from the financial team. More
