I picked up my 5th Lexus yesterday, dating all the way back to an LS400 in 1993. A lot has changed since then. The cars are still solid and luxurious, and of the highest quality, but now are far more tech back to an LS400 in 1993. A lot has changed since then. The most interesting aspect of my 33 year ongoing Lexus “adventure” has been the difference in dealers I have encountered all over the U.S. Although they all had really nice facilities, the personnel were not consistently exceptional (as one should expect from a luxury brand). This last purchase, the second of two-in-a-row from the same dealer, was terrific just as was the first. My salesman both times was Johnny Millaway. The sales manager both times was Simon Pickett. The dealership - Lexus of Wesley Chapel. The first car was a 2023 LS500H. The new car is a 2025 RX450H+. I’ve never been to a nicer car store, or met a nicer bunch of people. And that includes the service and parts departments too. Give them a try. They have my strongest recommendation. In summary…....great cars, a superb showroom, a beautiful waiting area (complete with a staffed full-service boutique style snack bar and a “silence” room), knowledgeable service writers (Bobby and Christian), a well stocked parts department (Julian), excellent service technicians (Joel), an honest management team (GM Randy Newbold ET AL), and well trained sales personnel that know their products (Johnny and Gabby). I believe Wesley Chapel Lexus is the best overall dealership, of any brand or type, I have ever dealt with in my 60 adult years of buying cars. More

This is my second purchase from Wesley Chapel Lexus and I’m sure it won’t be the last. I have at least four Lexus dealers that are closer to where I live but I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. I love I’m sure it won’t be the last. I have at least four Lexus dealers that are closer to where I live but I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. I love my Lexus but if they switched to a BMW dealer I would probably start buying BMW’s. I’m 70 years old and this is hands down the best dealer experience I’ve ever had. More

I bought my first Lexus, an RX 350, at Wesley Chapel in 2019. I have returned every 5000 miles for routine maintenance. I am a heavy commuter, and had put over 130,000 miles on my 2019 Lexus when I was in 2019. I have returned every 5000 miles for routine maintenance. I am a heavy commuter, and had put over 130,000 miles on my 2019 Lexus when I was in an accident on the interstate last month, which totaled my car. I immediately returned to Lexus Of Wesley Chapel and Tim Smith to put me back in to another RX 350. This is the first time I have ever bought the same car twice by choice! The whole crew at Wesley Chapel (from the greeter in service to the complimentary cafe workers) has made me a loyal customer! I highly recommend Tim Smith for sales and Christian Popp for service at Lexus of Wesley Chapel! More

Bought a new 2022 RX 350. After 7 months I noticed a the driver side tire losing pressure. I called and scheduled service. While waiting they sent what I thought was a cool br After 7 months I noticed a the driver side tire losing pressure. I called and scheduled service. While waiting they sent what I thought was a cool breakdown of the problem. In a browser it showed pictures of a nail in the side of the tire, too close to the rim, so they deemed it needed to be replaced. Explicitly stated on the form, that it asked me to approve, was estimated cost of $0.00 and the words 'No Charge'. I thought great! And approved it. After the work was completed I received a bill for $400. When I questioned it, the service advisor was confused and said it might be a bug in their system so he went to ask his manager Christian. The advisor came back and said his manager is not aware of any bug and said I needed to pay to get the car back. I thought it was weird the manager didn't talk to me directly. Seems like the kind of thing managers are for... I said what if I wanted to take that estimate somewhere else and get it cheaper had I known it was $400? The advisor said well if you want to do that you can wait and we'll put your old tire back on. I felt like I was being respectful and reasonable but that response was pretty unprofessional. I didn't have time to wait so I felt pressured to sign. Why didn't the dealership just honor their mistake? Wasn't about $, was about principal. I had a great experience buying and the worst going to service. First and last time getting a Lexus. More
