Responsiveness of this service department is unacceptable. Only way I was really able to speak to anyone to get updates was by driving back to the dealership and finding someone. Nobody answ unacceptable. Only way I was really able to speak to anyone to get updates was by driving back to the dealership and finding someone. Nobody answers the phones. Nobody calls you back. Third time in for same problem had an appointment on Saturday and the car was never even looked at until Tuesday. Why is it okay to waste people's time. It's funny because at the same time I receive an email offering to trade in my Jeep for a new one with Hollywood Jeep.... I would never buy a car from this group because they are so poor at servicing the product. More
