I bought my 2023 Jeep Wrangler from Hollywood. They promise you everything to buy the car and then blow you off. When I first got my new car the roof leaked they were too busy to fix it. They looked at it and said they would replace it in 2023 but blamed covid that they couldn't get the seat and to be patient. After about 100 phone calls and text messages it is now 2025 and they now refuse to fix it even though I have all the saved correspondences from the previous Hollywood jeep employees. Finally when I gave them a bad review they said the seat was in. They promise you a loaner car but then tell you they have none to give you. When I went to have the seat installed I thank god asked to see it first because I didn't trust them after a year and half of getting the run around. They tried to give me a used filthy seat with a puncture in it that must of came from a totaled car. I will be contacting the better business bureau!! More

I have seen him working for many years. I see him when I get my oil changed. He is a dedicated employee. On another note, it is impossible to speak to a person, when you call the dealership. Terrible. Takes 30 minutes to get someone on the phone. No one would call me back when leaving a message. No transparency and very difficult to get an update. Service representative keeps saying they will text me direct contact and never did. Had to go to the dealer after 4 days to get an update since calling is useless. Car still does not function correctly after repair. Had to take it to another dealer to get fixed. More
