My car got stuck at the Seaport Christian was amazing. He kept us informed as to what was going on. He even asked us to keep in contact with him to make sure that we got home safely. I will never understand how you can give out appointments yet take days to actually look at the vehicle. In Massachusetts when you get an appointment for service you show up and they look at your car then an yet take days to actually look at the vehicle. In Massachusetts when you get an appointment for service you show up and they look at your car then and there. Here we were given an appointment for 9:40 AM on Monday December 16th. We never got to see Christian after 30 minutes or more a woman finally took our car in. We were told it would be 2 days before they could look at it. We rented a car for three days and finally took it back and picked up our car on the third day at 4:30 PM and it had not even been looked at. This is not satisfactory in my book. Why do you take in more cars then you can service? It cost me $185.00 and still have no answer to my problem. This is my fourth jeep and I love it, but It will be my last as your South Florida service stinks. This is the second dealer who has done this to me and it just is not satisfactory. More

Not a good experience. My car was there for some time sent by towing. It took over three weeks just to get to speak to some one from service. Almost a month even after calling numerous times throughout.I asked to have the old part saved for me. Did not save it even after reminding before & during work. Got a different story up until time to pick up car. Manager never bothered to come out or speak but once which the phone call dropped during conversation. Manager never returned calls. It was 2months before I was able to speak to when called from a new#. More

Received poor service for premium price. time took 6x longer than promised, tech didn’t check air in the tires, and Christian had to quickly do himself where inflated right at maximum, bough time took 6x longer than promised, tech didn’t check air in the tires, and Christian had to quickly do himself where inflated right at maximum, bought two oil change package and wasn’t told it has to be used within 1 year. I won’t be returning nor would I recommend this dealership. More

Service Advisor, Chris, was very professional and made sure my car was fixed in a timely fashion. The Service Advisor Manager is also very helpful and she has great customer service.
