I’ve never been a fan of buying a new car and especially going into a dealership and spending a whole day HOPING to get approved, test driving vehicles, trying to work with a salesman etc. but I can hones going into a dealership and spending a whole day HOPING to get approved, test driving vehicles, trying to work with a salesman etc. but I can honestly say my experience at Lake Ford on South 27 was the best experience I ever had at a dealership. My salesman “Zack” was outstanding, very professional and courteous. He had my new truck ready to test drive as soon as I walked in the door. Was Greeted and welcomed by the whole staff, which I appreciated. I spent a total of three hours from when I walked in, test drove my new truck and in three hours later I had the keys to my new truck ready to go. The whole staff from Nick to Christian (Finance) that worked with me was outstanding, can’t thank these guys enough for the job they did and how I was overall treated. More
