my Hyundai Palisade. Dana and Christian were both polite, courteous, and genuinely empathetic throughout the process. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, even though they were clearly juggling heavy workloads.
Communication was best in person, and texting was a close second — both were clear and responsive. Phone calls, on the other hand, weren’t very effective, but the team made up for it with great face-to-face interactions and prompt text updates.
Overall, they worked with me on several repairs (some covered, some not), and handled everything with fairness and professionalism. Even when things were busy, they treated me like I was their only customer. Excellent customer service all around!
