The salesperson Elyja was phenomenal, along with Buffalo guy with the sales price were outstanding !! However ,the xxxxxxxx person with signing 100 documents and giving us the royal shaft a rooonie crap wa guy with the sales price were outstanding !! However ,the xxxxxxxx person with signing 100 documents and giving us the royal shaft a rooonie crap was awful. Why can't everyone be up front and honest!! Just why can't everyone be up front an HONEST !!!!! How much profit do you have to make on each sale be Honesty, how can we screw his guy and make more money!!! Awful, Awful, buying a car should be simpler process with a lot more honesty with at least a little integrity. Very disappointed car buying should be a pleasant experience. It not just your dealership your all bandits!!! More

Alejandro was so professioanl, knowledgable and really sold us on the 25 Tuscon. His cuasomer skills and integrity were the raeson we bought the car! A conversation with rhe owner was also a factor! William Karrels is an excellent sales person. I bought 5 vehicles from 3 different Hyundai dealerships. The last 3 from Hyundai of Fort Myers ( O'Brian). The last 2 from William. He works hard I bought 5 vehicles from 3 different Hyundai dealerships. The last 3 from Hyundai of Fort Myers ( O'Brian). The last 2 from William. He works hard and makes you feel like you are the very important person. I like him. Some times I visit the show room If I have a question or oil change etc. William knows my name and takes time to talk to me. If I see he is busy I'll talk to anyone and every one there are great people. I even went into the glass enclosed part (to get something free they were giving away But I was too early) William Karrels is the best! More
