We were greeted in the parking lot by Svetlana who was just great. We met with our internet sales rep Chris whom is Svetlana's husband and we thought that was great as well. Dave was a very friendly fin just great. We met with our internet sales rep Chris whom is Svetlana's husband and we thought that was great as well. He was very professional and I felt I could trust him. After I picked out my car it was off to the finance department (Dave Sambad). I have excellent credit so I was not concerned. I spent the next 30 minutes saying the words no thank you as I was intimidated, bullied and made to feel small. The whole thing made me cry. I was told that I obviously did not care about my car if I did not need all these add ons. NO MEANS NO!!!! The guy even started acting angry as he handled the paperwork in an irritated fashion. The whole thing was creepy as I felt attacked and I wondered if I would have gotten the same treatment had I been a male. More
