While not an original customer at Tucson Subaru, I regularly took my old car there for service. I had been in the market for a larger vehicle for the past 4 months and this one in particular stood out regularly took my old car there for service. From the get go, I provided my information online and within 15 minutes I received a call from Chris Smith. He was candid and upfront with all the information and was able to answer all of my questions-including the pricing. In the past, haggling and negotiating have been some of my least favorite parts of purchasing a car, but Chris managed to make what is normally an uncomfortable and unpleasant process an enjoyable experience. I'll also add that Louie was extremely helpful in explaining the Arizona vehicle registration and was clear to cover all the pertinent information for my vehicle purchase. To sum up my experience at Tucson Subaru: if you're looking for customer focused care, integrity, and transparency while doing business, look no further.
