We declined the extended warranties, but felt that they were explained to fully as to what they covered. Chris Smith then took us to our new car, which was throughly cleaned and washed with a full tank of gas. He then he set up our smart phones and explained the new technology in the Outback. All was not a quick process, but everyone involved was both thorough , careful and friendly during our purchase. More

This is the second Subaru Legacy I've bought from Chris, and I can't see enough about what a great job he does. I now think of him more as a friend than salesman.
