So, I wanted to love this experience. Everyone was nice and I thought when I walked out I got a fair deal for my trade but I didn’t. Garavel advertises they give Kelley blue book value for trade in vehicles but that did not happen for me. That is my fault, I could have and should have had a better idea of my vehicle trade in value. I got abut 2500 under what my trade was worth. The dealership and sales person could have done the right thing but they didn’t so instead of having a repeat customer this is a one and done deal. More
