He anticipated my concerns and easily guided me toward various models that would best serve my wide-ranging needs, then helped me compare and contrast them to determine what would make me happy in the long run. I guess I'm trying to say that Mike is an easy to trust kind of guy. FINANCE MANAGER LIES We've purchased two cars from this dealership in the last three years. Our second car purchase didn't go as smoothly as the first when the finance ma We've purchased two cars from this dealership in the last three years. Our second car purchase didn't go as smoothly as the first when the finance manager Chris Palmisano had a hissy fit and became angry that we didn't want the extended warranty. He bullied us into it and we ended up taking it. He also told us that a requirement of the financing was that we take their gap insurance. Well, the financing company called up to confirm our address and a few other details and said this was absolutely not true. I asked Chris about this and he said, "I must have missed heard him." I cancelled the extended warranty and the gap insurance. He is a slime ball and I'd never buy a car from them again. I wouldn't go into Chris's office without your phone recording the conversation. Protect yourself and double check everything he does. Our sales guy has moved on so I will leave him out of it. More
