No loaner car was provided. 6 months pass and still NO REGISTRATION or TITLE issued. I'm begging them at this point since I am driving an illegal car. Finally, when threatening a lawsuit, they force me to come back up to the Bronx for a "VIN verification" only to tell me that I cannot keep the car since it cannot be registered with the DMV... if you look at the Carfax (https://www.carfax.com/VehicleHistory/p/Report.cfx?partner=DEY_0&vin=1HGCR3F84HA037707) you will see that the actual mileage when registered is actually 258,000 miles (explaining the transmission errors), NOT 95-96k miles as they are selling it. ODOMOTER FRAUD. They took my vehicle back, gave me a full refund, and Uber'd be home. Now I am without a car (out the money paid on it, out the money I put into it) since I am no longer in a position to finance. STAY AWAY. SHADY BUSINESS THAT HAS BEEN SUED BEFORE. DO YOUR RESEARCH. Then there's the finance Department who are just a bunch of criminals.If you have good credit and you are quoted a high payment and high interest its because they are adding multiple warranty and dealer add on so they can make extra money off it.While doing the paperwork with the finance manager they told me the extended warranty,Catalytic protection and Lojack. Non of which I wanted but if it was included in the price. After going home and looking at my paperwork which they give you on a thumb drive so you can't really look at it unless you have a computer with you I was shocked when I saw that I was financing an additional $6k because of the dealer extras they told me was included. Went back the next day to speak to the manger who basically just laughed in my face and told me that they can only take off the extended warranty and the other to cannot be removed from my car. Went to a different dealer ship to verify. First the serial number they told me was attached to my catalytic converters was not there so that's $2000 they charged me for a service that not only did I not want but wasn't done. Second the serial number of the tracking device of the Lojack unit did not match the paperwork and it's not jut 1 or 2 digit off where you can say in small error. So if my car did get stolen which I know it won't hence why I would buy this service. They would be tracking the wrong car. Went back and talked to the manger again told me there's nothing they could do and everything was done. This was my first time buying a car from a dealership and what a horrible experience. Complete and total scam! Charged me for four different insurance that i didn’t ask for or need. Totaling $6000! Didn’t show me any kind of itemized bill. Not to mention the tire being flat by the time I got home. That being one of the insurance that was sold without my knowledge. Couldn’t get them to fix it. Overall horrible experience and feel completely ripped off! End of day was charged almost double the price that was listed! Pls never buy a car form victory! More

Sales rep was super helpful found a car for 27000 was told no accident his name is as Sean ohh but it gets better he told us we had to wait for the manager to run our credit without us even testing driving the car which we couldn’t because apparently there was a car in-front of it and he didn’t had the keys we waited an hour and a half just to see the finance manager I don’t know his name because he never said it he went straight it getting us to sign a contract instead of selling the car we wanted he was trying to sell us a car for 35000 but I will never for get him because of how nasty he was and unprofessional he said our interest rate is 4.9 with a 760 credit score and we would have to pay 678 a month 678 times 72 is 48,816 when I said I am not doing that and thank you for your time he kept insisting why not it’s a good deal you need to do it they even went as far as to not want to give back the id until we did the deal after a few mins they finally give it back and I got up to walk out he started insulting me saying I don’t know how to do simply math!!! Why on earth would I pay 48000 at the end for a car that’s 27000. More
