I found Jack Kain Ford to be honest and fo When I moved to Lexington two years ago, I was recommended to Jack Kain Ford by Bylerly Ford in Louisville. I found Jack Kain Ford to be honest and forthright in their assessment of repairs and on target as to how long the repairs took and the cost of those repairs. Additionally, they has stayed in touch with me months after the repairs to see if my car is running well, sent me a Christmas card and called to wish me a Merry Christmas; who does that today? These folks care about customer service and live up to the claim; they are awesome! I will continue to do business with them and recommend Kain Ford to those who want an honest relationship with a quality mechanical shop for their vehicle. Tom More
