I called Chris Beaman and asked if they could provide the Car Fax, although he was off on that day he arranged for Chris Nall to email it to me, within minutes I was able to view it. This greatly aided in my decision to drive to the dealership to see the vehicle, where I was greeted by Andy Manahl. From there viewing/test drive/take home/purchase was very simple and all with no pressure. The buying experience was excellent due to the whole benz & beemer team. The "good" rating for quality of work is due to the car not being detailed to my satisfaction on final delivery. Noted the dust around the windows and brake dust/ dirt on rims once I got home. I'm sure the Andy would have corrected had I noticed it while at the dealership, however I feel it should have been done right the first time. Over all a great buying experience. I would buy from them again and would definitely recommend them, in fact I already have to coworkers that have viewed my new Caddy. More

quick hassle free service Came in on june 26th to look at a used bmw m3 that we saw on cargurus. We walked around looking for it but did not find it. We were walking back to our car and driving towards us in a golf cart was chris nall who promptly stopped and asked us if we needed help which we said yes. Told him what we were looking for and told us get in and drove us across to the where the car was on the second floor showroom which we did not know about, so if visiting this dealership know they have 2 locations opposite each other and one of them has 3 floors. Chris showed us the car which was exactly what we were looking for. Let us start it up and whatnot. We chose to move forward with purchasing it that day as well. Chris was fast, friendly and effecient(sadly cant say the same about our bank) got everything in order and made the whole process very easy and answered any questions we had. We highly reccomend this dealershil and be sure to ask for chris nall. More
