Hello, The first thing that i would like to stress is that i have never given a review before in my life but i do believe that people should know about Kablen Ford and their amazing employees. I worked with Danny Sawyer & Chris Moldas on my purchase of a 2013 Ford F250 Platinum.I am 54 years old and have bought more vehicles both new & used from Car Dealers than i have fingers & toes and this was by far the best experience out of them all, from start to finish. I am from the Hudson Valley in New York they are in Kent Ohio 436 miles, i left in a ice & snow storm that took me eleven hours to get there. Danny had called me before i left and told me that the weather was bad there and to be careful and that he would have his phone on if i needed him and to call him thru the night if i needed. Saturday morning when i got there the hospilitality blew me away. I was treated like never before, felt like i knew them. The whole process was amazing, from signing the paperwork down to Danny going over everything in the vehicle. Programmed my phone into the truck, set up the Nav. to my address to take me home and went over every option that the truck had. Chris Moldas telling me to get a hotel room and send them the receipt then changing it to Chris booking the room (Very Nice Hotel) and telling me to get some rest before i go home.Danny calling me at 11:30pm to see where i'm at and if i'm home yet, calling me the next day to make sure i got home safe. Kablen Ford just went above & beyond to make the whole experience a class act. I am sorry but i haven't seen that here in NY in years , the last few vehicles that i have purchesd before this once the paper work is done its on to the next buyer. I do belive that Ford motor Co. should be aware of the outstanding sales team that they have selling their product. I would give Kablen Ford 10 Stars if i could.
