I was born in Steubenville, OH and raised in Follansbee, WV. I received a Flight Technology Degree at Kent State University in 1995. My wife and I wanted to look at the new Escape. Mike Pennock was extremely helpful over the 2 day process. We never felt pressured to buy and this was the main reason we came back the 2nd day. We always felt Mike was there to help us get the very best experience and deal at Klaben. There were other sales reps that helped to make the experience a very fun evening. Tex was available to answer all my questions regarding the operation of my 2007 VW Beetle. He was friendly and thorough. Chris was there for me, also. In addition Tex will help me reprogram the radio on the operation of my 2007 VW Beetle. He was friendly and thorough. Chris was there for me, also.
