Outside of being a father of five, Chris' greatest achievement is earning three college degrees in computer science. Chris enjoys music, photography, woodworking, and travailing with his family. Chris was super friendly and always responded quickly to our questions. He was able to find us the exact make and model we were looking for - within our budget -- and even in the right color! After quickly running it through detail TWICE, we were able to close the deal with our trade-ins and walk away extremely satisfied. Chris Mikell gives his clients superb service, operates great via email and text, and even came through on his promise to throw in a pine tree air freshener! Much appreciated. More

Worked with Chris Mikell to purchase an Audi long distance. He made the whole process simple. We had inspection and all the paperwork completed before hand. I flew in, Chris was great, picked me up distance. He made the whole process simple. We had inspection and all the paperwork completed before hand. I flew in, Chris was great, picked me up at the airport and had the car ready to go when I arrived. Five minutes later I was on the road and we have loved the car. Highly recommended. More

Purchased Lexus SC430...lease return. Chris picked me up at the airport and went to their office. Car was represented accurately on-line. Paid for the car & drove back to Houston. Owned it for 4 1/2 yrs...n at the airport and went to their office. Car was represented accurately on-line. Paid for the car & drove back to Houston. Originally saw the car listed on ebay. My husband and I stopped by the dealership to get a look at it first hand and I took it for a test drive. Chris gave me a very good deal and a couple of days later stopped by the dealership to get a look at it first hand and I took it for a test drive. I found the car I wanted online, contacted Chris for details and a thorough wal put all of the good things I have to say about Dallas Lease Returns. I found the car I wanted online, contacted Chris for details and a thorough walkaround to find out the car's condition, made a deal, and spent a total of 10-15 minutes in his office before I was headed back to Arkansas in my new vehicle. If only all car buying experiences were this great! More

Great experience in buying the car at Dallas Lease Returns!!! We checked too many dealers before we went there. Got an excellent vehicle and the sales rep Chris Mikell was able to help us with everyth Returns!!! We checked too many dealers before we went there. Got an excellent vehicle and the sales rep Chris Mikell was able to help us with everything . He knew what we are looking for ,showed us the car which we really liked, did all the paper work and we were out in an hour. He did a follow up as well next day.. What else do we want if we get this kind of Excellent customer service, would highly recommend this to everyone! More

BEST program in town - Chris was very cool and easy to work with. These guys take their deal start to finish, so you only deal with one person throughout the entire experience.
