Outside of being a father of five, Chris' greatest achievement is earning three college degrees in computer science. Chris enjoys music, photography, woodworking, and travailing with his family. Excellent service and price!! I went to many lots before I discovered this one. In any of the big names, I walked the lot several times before anyone ever greeted me. Others ignored my list of requ before I discovered this one. In any of the big names, I walked the lot several times before anyone ever greeted me. Others ignored my list of requirements and wasted time showing me cars that I'd never get. Chris corresponded immediately to my emails, then made it easy to find what I wanted when I got there and worked out all the details. It was very very low pressure and feel this office, Chris especially, focuses on customer service and long term relationships. I'll look to Chris to get a car for my son in the next few months. More

Chris was very helpful and made the buying process extremely easy. The paperwork took less than 5 minutes and I was on the road with my truck in no time. When we called the dealership about our Acadia, the call went to voicemail so we hung up. Less than 5 minutes later, Chris called inquiring about the missed call. Honestly, we were shocked. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and even offered to drive the vehicle to us for a test drive since the office hours were not convenient for us. He forwarded us cell phone pictures of the vehicles when we expressed a concern about the vehicle color (I HATE RED). The next day, we were able to schedule a test drive during my lunch break. Again, Chris was very professional, friendly and conveyed trustworthiness. He was not high-pressured or pushy at all. A few hours later, I was signing loan papies and driving home my new vehicle. This was the most painless car-buying experience I've ever had. I will definitely buy from DallasLeaseReturns again. More
