The dealership itself, aside from being a tad bit difficult to find/navigate to (Google maps put us in the wrong spot), was very professionally kept and clean and provided us with confidence that they dealt with only the top vehicles on the market. The vehicle we test drove was nice and well kept; however, we simply decided it wasn't the right vehicle for our family and made our purchase elsewhere. Chris Mikell is the representative we had the privilege of working with. Chris is very professional and provided just the right amount of attention and follow-up during our vehicle purchasing process. Chris was eager and willing to answer any questions we had and we never felt pressured to make a decision. Exceptional dealer and fantastic sales associate! I don't often write reviews but with Dallas Lease Returns I could not help but tell people the good news. I never knew about this dealer in all the cars I bought but I am very glad that I did. For starters, their dealership is very nice. It steers away from the typical car dealer. When we walked in, we were immediately greeted by a kind front desk clerk, and our sales associate met us shortly after. They made the car buying experience incredibly easy. I had a specific vehicle in mind, and they had it. Chris (our sales assoc.) had the paperwork sent to us early and had everything ready for us when we arrived so that the entire experience didn't take more than 30 minutes. It took us longer to drive to the dealership than it did at the actual dealership. A wonderful business that certainly deserves more recognition. Our sales manager Chris Mikell was absolutely outstanding. He was able to speak with me over text which was very convenient for me. He never pressured me into buying, but what he did do was make the deal too impossible to pass up. He would send me daily text updates while my vehicle was going through detail. This was the first time I was excited to hear from someone in auto sales. And lastly, the vehicle I purchased from DLR was a fantastic buy. The 3 month warranty they provide is great piece of mind when purchasing a vehicle, the price was unbeatable, and the detail staff did a fantastic job getting it ready for us before purchase. I will be returning, I will be purchasing from Chris again, and I am certain I will be happy with Dallas Lease Returns yet again. If you haven't already, sell your car and go buy one from DLR, you will not regret it. More
