Hi Latrice, Thank you for responding publicly. I appreciate the acknowledgment and responsibility taken. Before anything moves forward, I need the full resolution confirmed in writing. To clarity my position — I do not want a dash cam simply mailed to me. I purchased the vehicle under the understanding that the dash cam was already installed, and the reason that mattered is because I have had issues in the past with loose wiring, electrical faults, and non-warrantied aftermarket installs. I only want a dash cam installed professionally and warrantied through the Toyota dealership at no cost to me. To resolve this matter, 1 require written confirmation of the following: 1 A dealership-installed dash cam, fully warrantied, at no charge 2 A scheduled appointment for diagnostic and repair of the driver-side window issues (auto-down malfunction & incorrect app status) 3 A timeline - when the parts arrive and when installation/repair will occur Confirmation that there will be no fees of any kind associated with these corrections Once receive this confirmation by email, I will review and we can proceed Thank you, Rachel Siegelman
