Normally we don't respond to negative reviews online but I feel compelled to tell the whole story in this case. We apologize you felt you were bullied and mistreated through this most recent transaction. Perhaps if you had followed through on your commitment to paying for the vehicle in full at time of delivery (by providing a valid Z-plan PIN) we would not have been forced to pressure you. Having to wait over 2 1/2 weeks for full payment does not put us in a good situation on the sale of a new truck. Your lack of response to my inquiries during that time made us even more uncomfortable with the delay. I've also been informed you still have an outstanding service bill in our service department on the vehicle you traded. Business transactions in all fields need to be mutually beneficial to the customer and the business; unfortunately, your actions made it otherwise. Then you chose to follow it up by publicly berating our store with a negative review. At this point, we feel it's best to part ways, please take your business elsewhere in the future.
