Kevin was knowledgeable, patient, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I got the perfect vehicle — the stunning GLE 53 AMG. He made the entire experience feel personalized and never once pressured, which I really appreciated. Once it came time to finalize everything, Susie and Rick in Finance were fantastic to work with. They explained all the options clearly, helped me get a great deal, and made the paperwork process feel effortless — which is no small feat!
