Poor customer service. 6 weeks after purchase and at least 6 calls and we’re still waiting for the second key and owners manual. We were told by Earl that it’s coming from 6 weeks after purchase and at least 6 calls and we’re still waiting for the second key and owners manual. We were told by Earl that it’s coming from Germany, then he said the key is on back order. Twice asked to speak to the GM and were told “he just stepped out, I’ll leave a message for him to call you”, which he never did. The front license plate was under the seat and when we asked Earl why it wasn’t attached, he said Texas law doesn’t require a front license plate if there is no existing holder, which we found out was a lie. He’ll talk a good game to sell but forget about decent service after the purchase. More

Worst experience that I ever had buying a car, first thing is that the salesman that I had named Earl Tucker met me outside and saw that I had my auto running because of my dog yet he wanted the sell so thing is that the salesman that I had named Earl Tucker met me outside and saw that I had my auto running because of my dog yet he wanted the sell so bad that he did not tell me anything about the auto shutting down, and then there is the fact that I was going to pay the auto off that day but Mr. Tucker came back with a Russell Frier and he came back with if you fill out this application I could get the trade in, then this crook told me that I wouldn't have a payment for 45 days,but a week later I went to the dealership and golt my payoff information and paid it off that day and found out that if I would have listen to this crook I would have been out over 700 dollars, screw that place, I'll buy another car , just not from them, you shouldn't either. More

My wife and I were shopping for a car and had some frustrating experiences at dealerships outside of San Antonio—lots of pressure and attempts to sell us cars we didn’t want. Then we walked into San Antonio Mercedes and met Earl Tucker. Within 15 minutes, he found us a car we genuinely liked. We took it for a test drive, told Earl we still had a few more to look at, and left with absolutely no pressure. We came back on Saturday, and Earl introduced us to the rest of the sales team, which really made us feel like part of the family. During the deal, we also worked with the best sales manager we’ve ever met—Bill Ramsey. The entire experience was smooth, friendly, and even fun. We’ll definitely be back when it’s time for our next car! More

I simply called and asked about a particular car that I saw online. 30 minutes later, when I arrived, the car was waiting for me out front and ready I simply called and asked about a particular car that I saw online. 30 minutes later, when I arrived, the car was waiting for me out front and ready to test drive immediately. I loved the car. And my sales person (Earl) took the time to explain the process with no rush or urgency. I love going to dealerships and not feeling pressured. Once I made up my mind, I went forward with the vehicle and the financing crew was also kind, honest about gap insurance and other insurance services that were offered, expedient and thorough. Overall one of my easiest car purchases. Definitely recommend!!! More
