Chris Kraft in sales was AMAZING! We have been searching for a car since March, and finally got one almost a year later Jan 2,2025. We did our research and knew what we wanted. With my husband crazy work schedule Chris made everything happen quickly. Talked with him multiple times over the phone before coming in and he also pulled the car into the light and very closely examined to see if any dents or flaws on the vehicle. He was super nice in person and very up front and honest. I hate purchasing cars as I can’t stand dealing with sneaky people. I will def be contacting Chris again in the future. We were treated with respect from our initial inquiry phone call right through the purchase of our used vehicle. It was dark when we arrived and Chris Kreft, our salesman, was kind enough to pull the phone call right through the purchase of our used vehicle. It was dark when we arrived and Chris Kreft, our salesman, was kind enough to pull the vehicle into an empty service bay for us to inspect in the light. We checked the car out thoroughly, inside and out, and even underneath. The service manager answered the few questions we posed. We never felt any pressure to purchase the vehicle at any time. We paid a fair price and the paperwork went smoothly as well. We drove 45 minutes to get to this dealership and were not disappointed. Thanks for a pleasant buying experience! More
