Chris made our experience extremely positive and truly, was the person who changed our minds about Kia dealerships. We had visited three other KIA dealers in the past and across all dealers, encountered ve was the person who changed our minds about Kia dealerships. We had visited three other KIA dealers in the past and across all dealers, encountered very difficult-to-work-with salespeople. We felt that KIA as a brand was not consumer-friendly. But, I stumbled upon a deal on a Sorento at Raymond KIA and thought we would give it one more chance. Chris was so easy to work with: he listened to what we were looking for and delivered it. You would think that wouldn't be hard, but across experiences at Honda, KIA, VW - Chris was the best. He got us into a car that fit our family's needs/budget. And, the finance person we worked with was also standout. He didn't waste our time and got us out the door quickly (and didn't miss still communicating the details). The new location for Raymond KIA is also super nice! Loved the facility. More

Chris Kraft in sales was AMAZING! We have been searching for a car since March, and finally got one almost a year later Jan 2,2025. We did our research and knew what we wanted. With my husband crazy work schedule Chris made everything happen quickly. Talked with him multiple times over the phone before coming in and he also pulled the car into the light and very closely examined to see if any dents or flaws on the vehicle. He was super nice in person and very up front and honest. I hate purchasing cars as I can’t stand dealing with sneaky people. I will def be contacting Chris again in the future. We were treated with respect from our initial inquiry phone call right through the purchase of our used vehicle. It was dark when we arrived and Chris Kreft, our salesman, was kind enough to pull the phone call right through the purchase of our used vehicle. It was dark when we arrived and Chris Kreft, our salesman, was kind enough to pull the vehicle into an empty service bay for us to inspect in the light. We checked the car out thoroughly, inside and out, and even underneath. The service manager answered the few questions we posed. We never felt any pressure to purchase the vehicle at any time. We paid a fair price and the paperwork went smoothly as well. We drove 45 minutes to get to this dealership and were not disappointed. Thanks for a pleasant buying experience! More
