The entire process from start to finish was an A+ experience, completely contrasting the negative experiences we had during the search process with the dealerships in McHenry & Elmhurst. James was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish - incredibly friendly, honest, knowledgeable & never pushy. He helped us to fully understand what we were buying and we left the experience ready to tell all of our friends and family to purchase from this dealership.
