I recently purchased a car from Raymond Kia and my experience with the sales representative, Chris, was exceptional. From the moment I walked in, Chris greeted me warmly and took the time to understan experience with the sales representative, Chris, was exceptional. From the moment I walked in, Chris greeted me warmly and took the time to understand my needs and preferences. He was knowledgeable about the various models and features, answering all my questions with patience and clarity. Throughout the process, Chris maintained a professional yet friendly demeanor, making me feel comfortable and valued as a customer. He provided transparent information about pricing, financing options, and the trade-in value of my old car, which I appreciated. Chris went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase. He even introduced me to the service team members and provided detais on the new building. Overall, Chris made the car-buying experience smooth and enjoyable, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car. More

We gave Raymond Kia a call while we were at another dealer in Kenosha as the Kenosha Kia Dealer had a few options added to the vehicle that we did not want. The add-ons in Kenosha were like special pai dealer in Kenosha as the Kenosha Kia Dealer had a few options added to the vehicle that we did not want. The add-ons in Kenosha were like special paint protector, rust protector etc. They would not budge and added that into the price. Chris Kreft at Raymond Kia mentioned they did not have those items added onto their vehicles and they had the exact vehicle we wanted in stock. So we drove that way. Chris was waiting for us and had the vehicle prepped when we pulled in. The family hopped in and took it for a spin. We liked the vehicle so it all came down to the numbers of course :) It was a real simple process. From the appraisal of our perspective trade-in to learning about the finance options they Had through Kia and in house. There was really never any pressure. Answers on questions we had were fast and thoroughly explained by Chris and his colleagues. We were able to get just what we wanted on the trade-in and purchased the vehicle at the price point we expected. In fact, we got it for a little better of a price then we anticipated. That is always a good thing. We work in Sales and it was quite refreshing that although we know they are there to make money, the Service Chris gave went beyond that. It was more then a simple sale to him. It was important to him to show the Value that him and Raymond can provide. He sure did an awesome job at showing that value in many ways. Chris went over a ton of the cars features and details. He went into the Kia app and how to best use it to our advantage and get the most Value out of our purchase. He went into how Raymand can add even more value beyond the sale with going into the services they provide and how they can help if we ever need to reach out to them. The key thing was that Chris really get showed us the value in buying from Raymond vs. elsewhere. The conversation the whole time from hopping out of the car to driving off in the new vehicle was genuine. We learned a bit about him and vice versa. The way Chris works is how Sales experiences should always go. He asked us what we wanted, what we needed, where we needed to be and delivered. He never forced us to buy anything we did not want to. Although, he did do his job thoroughly by trying to offer certain add-ons that are for sure a benefit but we just did not want to go that route. He understood! But again, its his job to offer those options and he delivered for Raymond on that aspect. If he isn't training anyone there yet, he should be. If her were on my Sales Team, we would definitely use him as a valuable resource in terms of how Sales Should flow. If you get an opportunity to shop here, ask for Chris Kreft. You wont be disappointed! More
